Defective fiberglass on RV's and falsely advertising warranty coverage

Alfa Leisure and its warranty administrators MBA Inc. (Mechnical Breakdown Administrators) in Scottsdale Arizona flasely advertise coverage of their motorhomes with a "5 Year Solid Gold" warranty.

This warranty per the written contract is suppose to cover "defects" in fact claims are routinely denied.

MBA Inc. Was found by a court in Scottsdale Arizona to have Breeched their Contract with us and a judgement was issued against MBA for its failure to abide by its warranty contract.

Alfa Leisure the RV's manufacturer has known about fiberglass defects on our motorhome and not only has refused to respond to all coorespondance but had instructed MBA Inc. To deny all claims relating to such repairs.

As such MBA Inc was found to have bree ched its contract with us, Alfa Leisure has yet to take responsibility for its products or product defects.

All we had asked for was repair of our motorhome which was fair and reasonable, instead Alfa Leisures' refusals to take responsibilty forces us to publically advertise their unbusiness like conduct with consumers.
