Will not refund my money and refuses to talk to me

We purchased a extended warranty on a motor home we owned which was bought in Feb 06, we traded this motorhome in on a new one in Jun 08. When we bought the warranty it was for 7 years or 80,000 miles, when we traded our motorhome had less than 20,000 miles, we paid $ 4013.00 for this warranty. We filled out a form to request a refund of the unused portion of the warranty. After several calls and after 7 months of waiting, we still have not been paid. When we call them, they tell us that they will not talk to us because the contract is between them and the dealer, even though we have a contract with them in our name, not the dealer, either way, they refuse to talk to us.

Since they have refused to talk to us or refund our money i contacted the insurance fraud division of KY, they told us they couldn't help because it is a extended warranty, but recomended that we contact our attorney general, I have just done this and hope that they will put a stop to this.

It is not about the money any more, it is the fact that they can screw people like us and get away with it.

Anyone thinking about getting a contract with them, DON'T, they WILL screw you!!!
