Overfilled my oil by 2 quarts, then denied making a mistake! Could have blown up my engine!

Went to get my oil changed the other day and everything seemed to go well. I called my boyfriend afterwards and I just happened to mention that the crew member was very surprised that my car took SIX quarts of oil! I was as well, thinking to myself how odd it sounded... Isn't it usually four, maybe five? Oh well... So my boyfriend has me pull over and check the dipstick. Sure enough it was overfull, which is just as bad as not full enough. It creates too much pressure inside the engine and BOOM! So I drove right back to Mr. Lubie and told them the situation. The made it out that they did nothing wrong, and I was crazy. I showed them my dipstick and they emptied the oil and replaced it with the correct amount of quarts... But that could have been a huge disaster. And they did not even offer any discount or "free next time" or even as little as an apologie. What a joke. I will just do my own oil change from now on and darn sure never go there again.
