Broken oil dipstick & Oil pan although an oil change wasn't requested - NTB Tire Service

Son brought his car in to have tires rotated. Was informed that brake and power steering fluid needed to be replaced. Next day my husband discovers the oil dipstick handle sitting on the engine block. Return to NTB saying they need to get the rest of the dipstick out and replace the one they broke. Car is there for a week... Check engine light is on go to local repair guy who shows us the dipstick won't come out & oil pan is leaking. Have repair guy fix everything $540!! No response from NTB!!
