Caroffer.com searches for phone numbers on craigslist, and other car listing pages, then they call you with the promise of an offer if you go to their page and fill in few questions. Well, you go in, do your thing and in just few hours you get an offer from them to buy your car, a whooping $100.00 for a vehicle that usually goes for $3500.00-$4000.00 in average condition. It looks like PepBoys is looking for new ways to make money since they changed their auto parts stores to "toys stores" that sell anything but good car parts.
