Hi all i just wanted to say a few things about pepboys.
As you may know you are only as good as your weekest link as any company you have your good employees and bad ones in pepboys case they have some good stores and some bad ones.

It is not pepboys intent to rip any one off! But help you
learn more about your car so you get the most out of it they have helpful flyers all around the store to tell you when maintance should be preformed.

I have learned over the years most people will not go to a repair if there was nothing wrong with there car. For the most part you drive the car with that noise you heard for the first time about a year ago now you have some money.

So you go to have it repaired it cost a little more than you wanted to pay so you expect it to run like a new car with all the bugs worked out after you drive off after it has been repaired you here a noise taht was not there befor. But usually it was you had blinders on and only listen to the major noise.

So you think that the repair shop caused it most of the time not. Just like i stated earlier you have som good shops and some bad ones.
