Car Offer (caroffer.com) calls you with recorded message when you list on ebay.com to sell your car. They invite you to enter all your personal information, do a full car ad with pictures, etc. Then they send you a "Cash Offer" so you can sell you car at Pep Boys. Mine was a classic SS Camaro worth $12,000-18,000 for most of these cars (mine is in high range, restored $18k). They offered me $900!!!
Don't waste your time, ignore their messages and offers.
