Repo vehicle 2 hrs. After my mother died!

Beware! Just because you make payment arrangements, don't believe it's etched in stone! Made online payment, called and gave the repo dept. The confirmation number! My Mom died on June 3rd around 4pm, drove down to tell my Dad the news (in nursing home) got back around 6pm, while on phone telling relatives about my Mom's death a knock came at my door, a repo man was standing there and asked if we wanted anything out of the van because Wells told him to come get it! He had first went behind our home, drug the van throught the yard, tore yard up, drug van through gravel driveway, out into the street with no keys! Then came and asked for keys. Van already had transmission problems, so this probably finished it off! Had to RENT a vehicle the next day to make funeral arrangements for my Mom and to attend the funeral! We've made 60 payments on this van, had it since almost had it paid for! Never want to see the van again, only holds bad memories now!
