Sold me a lemon

Bought a used car 1200.00 picked up at 7:00 pm drove home and to job next morning went to local diner for lunch and car wouldn't start after eating got no calls returned by either the salesman or service manager or dealership manager so i stopped payment on the check until i got at least a return phone call and still never did, that is until after my fifth call to them and stating that i had canceled payment on my check then all they were interested in was suing me for payment. All i got was sorry but you bought the baby it's yours to fix. Needless to say i've not yet paid and dont intend to and tell everyone about how they treat customers after the sale sad service... Beware
