Trashed my Property

McFadden RV installed a new fridge in my RV on 1/22/08. They took my prior unit "to sell at stoor for Mrs. Lowe" and stated they have calls all the time for new units. Consignment.

After repeated calls, I was informed on May 29th. That my unit was "thrown away, put at the curb for junk dealer".

I was never contacted with the opportunity to pick up my unit and sell myself or make other arrangements. These RV fridges are very expensive and my unit was working great.

I was truly ripped off and they supposedly "trashed" my property without my knowledge or consent. Please help!
