Instead of fixing car after the accidebt, but broke ac knobs, glued it back, trying to fool people

I had an accident and took my car to Chantilly auto body shop. They called me to let me know that the car has been fixed. I picked up my car and driving back home found out that they broke the AC knobs. The defrost button they put it back with the glue. They think they are smart and fool people. I took my car back to them the guy see it. Brought the pictures they took. You can see clearly in the picture that they broke two knobs. THey are not taking responsibility to fix it. On top of that they are so rude, don't know how to talk to some one, because they are guilty. It cost 4000.00 They hung up on me. Not returning the calls. I don't want any body else to go through what I been through. There other places to get your car fix. When I drive my car the steering wheel shakes. They send their machanic with me to test drive, he told the manager NADAN, CRAIG that it does shake and we should fix it. THey did not even answered what he was saying. Stop going to chantilly auto body shop.
