Body Shop Damages

I was involved in three accidents last year.in the process of getting my auto repaired, damages were made to my auto. The first and second accident my auto was repaired by Regal Nissan. The third accident it was repaired by Woody Anderson Ford.

My auto was hit on the same side in the first and second accident and in the rear the third accident. During the time of repair there were some things damage or was not repaired completely.

Regal Nissan body shop put a used door on the rear back, where the motor now has gone out on the window and refuse to fix it. My rear defroster has been damage and do not work, Woody Anderson and Regal Nissan fails to repair my rear defroster. Both parties is blaming each other for the damage.

After taking my auto to be repaired by Woody Anderson Ford on the third accident, on returns my arm rest was broken, and my trunk was not repaired right, also my wheel alignment is not done correctly. No one want to take the blame.

I am now driving around with an unsafe auto, refusing to be repaired. I have no rear defroster and is driving dangerously, what must I do.

Also, when I drive off I told them after the third accident I heard a loud noise like my transmission was slipping, Woody Anderson refused to check the problem now it is getting worse each time I pull off.

I have a 2007 Ford Focus with only 21,000 miles, each shop during their repairs had my auto over 45 days for repairs, No telling what else happen to my auto while it was sitting in their shop, talking about they were waiting on parts.

Also, my insurance company AIG refused to look into this problem, they are giving me a hard time.
