Bike is all damaged, And sent no paper work

I bought a Street legal 200cc chopper from evosales.com Whwn i got the bike in it looked like it went threw a Hurricane, Scratches everywere broken fenders, broken tail lights, bent gera shifters and bent gear rod, doesnt start half the time, broken speeed odmeter cable, They suppose to send paper work to put it on the road and i never recieved anything. I asked the guy before i bought it if it came with a MCO to register it and he said yes, 2 weeks still nothing. We have been trying for a week to get in touch with them threw emails and phone calls, still nothing. I call like 3 to 4 times a day and nothing. We sent them pics of the bike and strill nothing.
