I bought a newer/used Harley Police Bike stated to be used in The Bush Swareing in and Reagans death motorcade. The pre said is the reason I bought the bike in the first place. While driving my police harley on route 95, all the power on the bike went dead and had no lights and no engine running! Almost got run over by a car and others almost crshed trying not to hit my fast slowing bike.

Took it to the dealer and found out that the bike had a factory recall that I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT AND THEY SOLD IT TO ME NOT BEING FIX AS WElL. The fixed it the nest day and while driving the bike home on route 95, The bike lost all its powers again. This time I almost got killed by a truck that was on my a* when the bike lost all forward power and no lights working to warn him that I was slowing down fast. I had to run off the road into the grass and bushes to keep from dieing.

I took the bike back again and it stayed for a few weeks and now say it's fixed again? But now they want money to pay for the fix. The broken parts on both the first and second break down was under Factory Recall and its all on the dealer to pay for the fix by LAW!

I just made my second bike payment and don't know if my bike won't cut out on me again as they said it did before and maybe next time I'll die and they will be happy!

It also turns out that the bike was a Delaware police bike and not a DC George Bush Swearing in bike. The say if it breaks down on me again for the same thing, Ill have to pay full price for repairs! In the perfect world, they should replace the bike with one of my chioce! The recall even states This problem can abd will cause a crash or Death due to this defect if it goes un-fixed. I don't want to make 7 years payments on a bike im now afraid to ride and they cant fix!

I bought the bike being told it was one thing and it turned ouy to be something other then I wanted. Won't Stand behind thr factory recall and are trying to charge me to fix their screw up! I absolutely loved this Harley but if its a total lemon, what good is it to anybody other then to be used as a killing machine to end my life!
