Stole my money and lied

I gave them my cc # to hold an item I bid on from ebay when I went to get it the guy was crazy! To make a long story short he agreed not to charge my card and I agreed to not file charges or take the item. I spoke to him I emailed him and each and every time he had a new lie to tell. I have several email from him printed out I would be happy to share, each one he changes his story. He did charge my card several days later for $200.00 my bank would not take the charge off (thanks a lot BOA) said I gave him the # so its my problem. I never got anything from this place yet he took my money I spoke with ebay they never charged him for the listing. He is just a lier! I know carma will get him.
