Cmeauctions Ripped off by ebay scammer in Texas troy, New York

Hello,

A few years ago as a relatively new ebay user, i was ripped off by a seller. I was trying to purchase a partcular item for my husband and this person had the item. It was auction style listing on ebay and i was the winner. At the time i didnt have a paypal account and i did mail a money order to seller.
I mailed to address on ebay. There was quite a delay, and i kept contacting seller and she gave many excuses. Long story short, I believe i paid $60 and i never received item, and the seller became a no longer registered user. I mailed a few letters to the address i had for customer, and then did some research. It was not a home address i had, it was a Pak and ship. I called and spoke to a woman who worked there and she advised me that there location was very close to another city (in which i had located person with same name0 very common name).
I called and left messages on this number advising if i had wrong number i apologize, but i was looking to locate a certain person. Never heard anything. I just looked info up again and callled the number, which has since been disconnected. I had previously filed mail fraud charges and heard nothing.
