We did over 40 hours of work for this individual and his wife with documentation to prove it and now he is frustrated because his personal investment choices were very poor and now he is paying the price. Suddenly he is facing the concequences of his actions so he chooses to harass our firm because he is begging for a refund of the $149 consultation and account set up cost. We have a signed agreement clearly outlining our policy which states $149.00 NON-REFUNABLE ACCOUNT SET UP AND CONSULTATION COST. This person is a serious time waster and wolf cryer and should be looked out for. Please be cautious if he approaches your company wanting services you will likely regret it.
