Engle Implant Dentistry
Dr. Bradley Engle, Stole My Money

Health & Medicine

I went in for what was supposed to be a FREE no-obligation consultation as well as have the option to buy diagnostic procedures without interfering with my no fee consultation. Dr. Engle and his staff dragged the consultation on when I simply had a few questions to ask and ended up charging me over even his base consultation fee ($130 on top of a set of expensive X-Rays). Furthermore, he and his secretary kept conversing with me and hassling me while billing was taking place meaning I only got to look at how much I had paid after the receipt had been signed and I was on my way out. When confronting his secretary about this (Dr. Engle could not be reached, conveniently), the justification they had was that I was prepared to pay for diagnostic procedures so I must have been willing to pay for consultation.

Completely ludicrous.
