Tire Developed Bubble in 30 Days, Warranty Refused

I purchased tire and thirty days later the tire developed a bubble on the side wall. There was no damage to the tire, but Walmart refuses to replace it, telling me they offer NO WARRANTY on tires unless you purchase it separately. I have called and written and do not even receive a response. They do not honor factory warranties or offer any warranty on the tires they sell. Low prices mean nothing if the product is defective and they will not replace it.
