Cnac wont report to all 3 credit bureaus that i paid off a loan

I've already contacted the BBB but they werent much help so I'm trying to find another system to help me with getting justice done. The issue I have is I paid a car loan off and the company (CNAC) who I had the loan with didnt report to the 3 credit bureaus that I paid a car loan off in full, so that dropped my credit score. I've contacted CNAC and all they do is ignore my phone calls. All I want is them to report I paid it off and thats it. Can you direct me to someone that may have a chance in getting this issue taken care of for me. I paid the car off and now I'm just waiting for it to be reported so my credit score can get higher, but CNAC could care less and they are never gonna take care of it unless I find help.
