BertoliniFinancial (CNAC) Garnished my wifes wages after 6 years of no contact from them. I was told when I returned the piece of junk car they sold us they would not persue or take any action. Tey tacked on 4800 dollars interst. Plus what we owed. The lawyer for Bertolini said they saw we had paid off two other companies. That is why they took action after 6 years. My thoughts are. How did they find out unless they ran our credit report. Which is Illegal without our permission. They are nothing but con artists.
