Greenwich, car credit america on 7-10-09 CNAC took the care while my boyfriend was giving the car a jump due to mechanical and on sept 7 they served me court papers for judgement for me to pay

I went to J D By rider in July. I was in an automobile accident in May 08 and my car was totaled. I originated from Illinois and by me residing in Az for a short period of time, I was a first time car buyer. They chose my car for me and told me that they report to the credit bureaus and help restore my credit. The auto accident had my finances upside down. They call to see what time you are bringing in payment and will keep calling until you answer. If you are late with your payment they call you continuously. When I explained that my pay period change I was told my car payment would increase.
CNAC does not care of your circumstances, all they want is your money. I was not allowed to pick my car. You sit in front a camera and sign documents. I paid my car note consistently. CNAC are loan sharks/rip offs. When I had to pay my rent in November and was unable to pay my note, I was told to take out a pay day loan. All of their car prices are the same, $10K.
I was on vacation visiting my family in Chicago from July 3rd-10th the entire CNAC called me. I was a week late and they came and got the car July 10th. My then boyfriend was giving the car a jump. Every time you turn it off, you would need a jump start. They come to your house and place cards in your residential door or in your car door. My boy friend at the time was not aware of what was gogin on, CNAC hopped in my car, my then boyfriend thought this was an auto theft taking place. While scuffing they called the police and had dogs on him and then drove away. There were some mechanical issues going on with the car. I had a 2001 Malibu. On sept 7th 6pm a unknown male knocked at my door claiming he is Maricopa County of Az Sherrif served me some documents of Greater Mesa Finance has filed a civil complaint of the unpaid loan amount $8,489.49 which us now @ $9,313.09. Stating I have 20 days to respond or else will file a judgement against me. They have the car and possibly resold the car and still harassing me.
