Consumer rip-off fraud

In july of 1990 I was in auto accident. I had Safeway as my carrier. I left the state understanding all was in order an they were going to pay the claim.

I find out later they didn't apy the claim an I have a judgment agianst me an my driveing privledge revoked.

Contacting them they said if I got the case turned over they would go to court for me.

Since I was at fault an they were my Insurance Co. They should pay the judgement totaling $7500.
