Made payment arrangements with me and took car same day. Took car and did not send Right to Cure til 2 days later. Even back dated the letter. Illegal repo

Oscar auto sales did not fix all the parts of the car the first time I put it in the shop. I was late for a car payment. I made arrangements on 2/20/08 to make two payments on 2/28/08. My car was repossessed same day and I did not receive my right to cure until 2 days later. The letter was whited out on the date so they back dated the letter. Illegal repossession.
