Sold me a horrible car and refused to fix it... Until I sued his

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this sleezy used car dealership called "Auto Gallery". They will make promise after promise to get you to sign you're loan paperwork and then sh*t on you afterwards.

So my wife and I bought a used 1999 Lexus GS300 for $12,900 from this dealer and worked with the owner of Auto Gallery. His name is Mohammed Javabi. He's a crummy Iranian that hardly speaks english and prays to allah. Anyways, two weeks after buying the car, my wife was leaving our neighborhood and the brake pedal went all the way to the floor, the car did not stop. Scared the sh*t out of her and me, luckily there was no one around when this happend. So after I looked under the hood, I noticed the wire harness to the brake booster was unplugged. When I plugged it in, every brake sensor light on the dash was flashing and making noise. Turns out the brake booster was bad and he had just unplugged it so he wouldn't have to spend the $2,500 to fix it.

When I called him to confront him about it, his reply was, it's a used car, deal with it. He was obviously to blame because he had said before we bought the car that he had the brakes worked on. I find it hard to believe that you can have the brakes worked on and not notice that a major cable is unplugged when you're bleeding out the brakes. So I sued his *ss and won not the whole $2,500 but $1,900 which makes me happy. Goes to show, you don't have to be the victim just because you signed that paper that says" AS IS, NO WARRANTY". He tried to use that in his defense and he still got his *ss kicked.

Do yourself a favor, stay away from this dealer. He'll lie and cheat to get you to buy whatever and he buys his cars from repo auctions, and lease returns that the dealer doesn't even want. Not to mention you're money is probally going to fund the Jihad in Iraq against our American Troops.
