Repossed my car even though I sent the payment

My car was repossesed on Feb. 22. I had left a message the night before on their answering machine that the payment had gone out.

I had also told the collector I was sending it a few days before. They had my car picked up because I did not Western Union the payment.

My statement from them said the payment was due on Feb. 22nd.
