Triad financial ripoff corporation would not refund fees i incured for payments prematurely posting to my bank account

I am using triad to finance an automobile i purchased in 2002. I have usually made the majority of my payments ontime. This year i was 2 weeks late for mays payment. On 6-01 i called triad so they could notate my account that i would send a western union payment on 6-09. The customer service agent proposed that i set up a check for that date instead. Like a honest person i accepted the proposal and set up a payment for 6-09. Unfortunately for me on 6-05 the payment prematurely posted to my bank account twice. And once again on 6-08. I did not have the amount they were trying to take in my account, so my bank charged me $20 dollars for each time they prematurely post the check to my account for a total of $60.00 of nsf fees.

On 6-09 i sent triad the western union payment i originally inteneded to send. I called and confronted triad and they asked for me to send my bank statement showing the attempted check postings. I did that but that didnt help triad stated that thier agents dont make mistakes and are not responsible, and would not reimburse me for the $60.00 in fees incured because of thier premature posting of payments. Do not set up payments with triad using your checking account number. They will post payments at will and do not care how much money you lose because of thier careless and thirsty business practices. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and do not care at all about thier clients. Be careful dealing with these greedy selfish corporation. Beware beware beware!!! 1
