Took forever. Work was never done correctly. Still paying to make repairs they never completed

Wow where do i begin? My whole experience with this place has been a complete nightmare. It took them over four months to complete a project that should have taken 45 days or less. I have a list of things that were never repaired correctly or never even repaired at all but once they got the insurance check they want nothing to do with me. They avoid phone calls and voice mails.
