Valgal USA LLC Failing to complete the repairs as represented in car repair agreement

On 9/7 my car was taken to Valgal Collision for repair. After waiting for more than 2 months and countless promises from Mr. Valgal that my car would be ready the next day or next week I still do not have my car. Since the insurance company would not cover the rental for more than 30 days 10/07. Mr. Valgal said he would continue to pay the car rental until the car is repaired. Now the car rental is due 11/07 and Mr. Valgal said he doesn't have the money to pay the rental. The car rental company has told me that if Valgal doesn't pay I will have to pay the rental. 09/18 valgal collision a valgal 11202 iota san antonio tx 78217 paid $5,066.58 collision coverage. 12/17 I pick up my car after 3 month has broken water bump and fraded drive belts. Motor is not in proper place for mounting and pulleys are not aligned in proper rotations.
