Their Add said the parts would fit my Van, Plymounth Grand Voyager so I ordered them, When I tried to put them on they didn't fit due to me haveing rear air on my Van. I E-Mailed them and reported it to them that their add was wrong

When I order the parts I used their Auto search to find the part for my Van a Plymounth Grand Voyager. I checked it two or three times to make sure they said it would fit, before I ordered the Air Springs. When I got them because of the rear Air Cond they would not work on my Van. So I sent them a E-Mail and voiced my disapponitment and explained that I had checked their add many time before ordering.

The E-Mail I got back was the Add for a ChryslerTown & Country Excl. AWD stated it would not work on rear Air Cond. To send it back that they had 100 per cent gaurintee. So I sent it back and they credited my card for the price of the Air Bag but I got stuck for over $40.00 shipping. I feel that is a RIP OFF in itself. They should have fixted their add If they knew it would not work on a ChryslerTown & Country. Thank you
