Rock'y Auto Mina Motors Sold me a lemon and wouldn't fix it

We traded a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire for a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was an even trade. First the emergency brake didn't work and come to find out the Jeep that was supposivly checked over by a mechanic had no rear brakes.

While they were doing the job they noticed there was a busted seal on the rear differential. So they fixed that too. 18 days later the seal blew out on the highway and fried the rear differential. And within that time we started having problems with the transmision. The only way Vinny would fix the rear differential again was if we paid for half the cost because he said he didn't feel liable because the car was out of warranty milage (even thought his guy had done the work that blew out)

He did pay for most of the cost for the transmission to be rebuilt, but not without a months worth hassle. Well I bought the car in December and its now July and I have a Jeep as a lawn ornament because it completly died on me 2 weeks ago. He s a conartist and a scummy salesman. He will tell you one thing and the next day tell you he didn't say that. He buys cheap cars at action details them, doesn't even check them out for safty violations. Buyer BEWARE!!
