I purchased 2 sets of mud flaps for my car from their site and used their catalog to find the EXACT parts. Their catalog provided me with the part numbers for "Highland Front or Rear Mud Flaps - Rubber 2008 Volkswagen Eos" - my exact car. I ordered them.

When they came, I found they were not specific for my car nor was there any way to install them. The fronts where too thick — the tires would have rubbed against the flaps if I had installed them. The instructions for the rear mud flaps showed that it needed to be installed on the lip of the fender but unfortunately my car does not have a lip. Neither were even close to being "for my vehicle". Furthermore, on the back of the packaging, the cars that it said these mud flaps fit were listed but my car was NOT in that list.

I called up customer service, explained the problems, offered to send pictures and was told there was no problem — please return them. They gave me an RA number and instructions on where to send them (at my cost). Two weeks later I received a notice saying they were refunding only ~50% of my purchase — they would not refund the handling or shipping charges AND they added a restocking fee!

Upon calling them back, Case (the person I talked to) said they are not responsible if their catalog is wrong, and the parts they sent me were 'universal' — I had to modify them to make them fit. When I explained I would have had to cut off portions of the front to make them not rub against the tire (I have stock rims and tires), and that there was no lip on the rear to fasten them to, and that my car was NOT listed on the back of the parts as being made for it, I was told it was not their fault — they were not responsible that the part in their catalog would not fit.

So use caution when ordering from them.
