They rip me off

Drive Financial is the worst company I have ever done business with. I always make my payments on time. Few days ago I got my car repoed. I have tried my best to communicate with them and make my payments on a timely manner. I spoke to a lady named Ms. James, she told me that I need to make a $100.00 payments to get me off collections. I send in the payment that she requested, and this was about three weeks ago. Few days ago I woke up and my car wasn't there. I was really shocked, at first I thought my car was stolen. I went outside and I saw skid mars on the ground then I believd it was towed.

I call the company in the morning around 8am when they open and they told me I had a balance due of over $1000.00. I was shocked, they never send me any notive in the mail saying that I had a past due balance of over $1000.00. I will really will be definitely interested in the class action law suit that is being file with this company. I hope they will not be in business that long. I also saw a lot of complaints already made by this company. Lets get this suit started.
