We "DON'T" Care Custom Towing... Damaging vehicles and not taking responsibility

On December 20, my Infiniti G-35 Coupe was hit by a reckless driver. When the tow guy showed up the Nevada Highway Patrol officer directed him to drop his tow bar lower and then to stop before hitting my vehicle... Well he didn't and the bar pushed through my front end.

The next day I went and filed a report with the company (to include them ripping out my shift lock later on) and they said they would get back to me. During that visit EVERYBODY acted unprofessional (the tow yard guy went as far as calling me stupid for buying a new car). Needless to say almost a week goes by and nobody contacts me.

I called them after the first week and started leaving messages for someone named Vinny (nobody would disclose his last name or his cell phone number) and that he would get back to me. After over a week of calling almost every day leaving messages I finally got a hold of Vinny (when I didn't mention what it was about to the receptionist). He asked for all the information (estimate) and said he'd send someone down to check it out at the repair shop. Of course he didn't.

It has been over a month now and I am still unable to get a hold of Vinny despite over a dozen messages I have left with numerous RUDE receptionists and twice have told them that I would have to take legal action if I don't get a response. The lady on the phone yesterday went as far as telling me to F* off and have a nice day when I said to leave a note for Vinny saying I will be taking him to court.

This is only half of what I have been dealing with with this company (whom is extremely difficult to locate any information on either online or phone book). Their business ethics are below ZERO and they avoid having to deal with incidents like the plague. They lie directly to your face and obviously aren't friendly over the phone either.

Also, they made me wait outside a gate for 40 minutes for the tow yard guy to come around to let me in to check on my car. AVOID this company if you can and if you can't keep ALL documents and take photos of your vehicle.
