Beware of vincent "vinny" zeuli
He is known as a "tuner" guy, works on high end vehicles. He will take your money, never complete the work, and will come up with excuse after excuse. I finally got fed up with the run around and demanded my money back. After weeks of his excuses he finally gives me a check for $2800.00, I should say a BAD BOUNCING CHECK for $2800.00! He did manage to scrounge up a lousy $111.00, still hasn't shown up to pay me the balance and is still feeding me excuses!
Google his name, look him up on mugshots, sure wish I had BEFORE I gave him money!!
