*Promised to be mailed policy. Had to call twice to receive.
*Terms/Conditions of policy made my car inelligible.
*Called to cancel policy; was told that Terms/Conditons didn't matter.
*Said I wanted refund. Was told that it would take 2-3 months by check.
*Check never arrived; sent numerous faxes and e-mails; none answered.
