Ripoff of senior citizen

I purchased a policy from State Wide in July. I was told that I could cancel at any time. I tried to call about an air condition problem in August and a great difficulties with the service. I paid a repair company come on by own the cost of the repair was $60.00. I then call a tried to cancel the policy as of Oct. 2912. I have sent several e mails, phone calls and still as of Jan. 20134 have not receive a reply or refund. I fell this company is a ripoff.
