Most abusive finance compay ever dealt with

When me and my husband first purchased the car that he wanted we were advised that the first payment was due Oct 24. Three days prior to that date we received a call from Drive Financial telling us that the payment had to post no later than that date or the automobile is automatically flagged for repossesion. Did advise them that i would call in a payment on the due date via debt card, was told that was not acceptable, that the first payment had to be one that is gaurenteed, so the payment was made via western union.

The following month the same thing happened but this time I was able to make a payment over the phone, they took the payment and I thought that things were fine, until i received a call from the collections dept advising me that the car had been flagged for repossesion because they did not have the payment, so i faxed in proof of payment and i was told by them at that time that it didnt matter that they applied to the current month but I was still a month behind, I had only had the car two and a half months and made 2 payments.

The reps are verbally abusive, i have had to prove more than 4 payments, my bank account was not drafted in the time agreed and caused my account to go into overdraft a total of five times, when i agreed on a date for them to take the money out of my account they took it a week and a half early in each case and charged me fees.

The final straw for me was the night of Jan 3 I received a call from a Mr. Malone, this man not only was agressive in the way that he talked to me but he was verbally abusive, he hung up on me, and when I called back in to get a supervisor, I was routed directly to him and he told me that he is the last and final person that I can talk to there and it is his decision as to whether or not the vehicle stays with me or if they take it back, and his final words to me after a swearing and name calling match was "why dont you call me in the morning and let me know if your car is out in your driveway"

After that day he started to call my family, telling them that I do not have contact information registered with them, and each time I called in and confirmed that all contact information is on file and it is current and up to date, even still he calls my family on a daily basis, even though he has been asked by them not to call. I have left messages with with people that are above him and I have been ignored... Is there any justice for this a case like this?
