Wal-Mart Rip Off on Douglas Tires

I purchased 2 tires from Wal-Mart and then a few weeks later 2 more. When putting on the second pair of tires they noticed that the 2 tires recently put on were defective so they put 4 new tires on. After those tire were put on we noticed a roaring that got progressively worse. My husband pulled all for tires and every one of them were rippled. I went to the Orange Wal-Mart and after waiting for over an hour I was told there was nothing wrong with the tires.

They said it was my suspension system. My suspension system was just recently updated with less that 30 thousand miles on it. They refused to honor my warranty. They also refused to put it writing that my tires were not defected. Wal-Mart should have honored my warranty with out an arguement. And with doing some research it seems that I am not the only with this problem concerning Douglas Tires sold at Wal-Mart.
