We purchased my boy a Hensim Tierra 50cc four-wheeler this past year for Holiday. We've not had any physical issues with it, but among the headlights went and we can not appear to get any help on obtaining a substitute. I named the area we purchased from, Spring City Rounds in Spring Town, Tennessee plus they explained they'd be happy to assist, place me on-hold after which after 45 units of waiting, I called back plus they were shut. I waited a couple of days and called again. This time around they explained they'd be happy to assist. And so I told them what I required and also the man explained he might send it in my experience since I have reside 2 hours away. I proceeded to provide him my card data and sadly their money/credit device wasn't working, to call-back in per week also it could definetly be working. Therefore per week later I named again and he explained they didn't obtain the device set since it was not well worth it. But he might deliver me the components just AFTER I delivered him a check and waited onto it to clear the financial institution, he then might send the components in my experience. No thanks, I said. So then I get online and discover a location named Household Gokarts. I deliver a contact, they respond and consider my data and delivered me the component. Simply to discover that after I obtain the component, it's the incorrect one. Therefore, since July, I've been contacting Molly at Household Gokarts backwards and forwards but still have yet to obtain the best component. First she claims they're on backorder, then she claims they're really hectic now of year and they'll be benefiting from in quickly. I sent her once per week until Dec. She sent me and explained the components have been delivered advantages and that I ought to be obtaining them in a few times. And so I waited per week and looked up the following number on advantages also it claims they obtained "payment info" on 12.14. I delivered her another mail because it have been many times and he or she stated she'd keep in touch with her advantages contact. Then she emails me back and claims "nicely, now of year, they often allow issues established plus they get behind." I requested a non-related product from the diverse organization also it was delivered to me advantages inside a week.By today, 1/7/08, UPS still shows the same info and Molly has no clue what is happening. Ideally I'll have the ability to substitute this headlight assembly before my boy outgrows his four-wheeler.
