Damaged truck

Purchased new tires in May and that went great. After a few hundred miles, maybe 400, the tires were out of balance. I took the vehicle back and they balanced all four for a fee. Within 3 turns of leaving the store to get back on the hiway I noticed a loud clunking sound when turning left, it was coming from the front right.

I took it back immediately and the owner came out and let me watch as they raised the vehicle. I pointed out that the lift was pinching the boots to the bottom ball joints and caused them to start leaking grease. The manager said he would take care of that. The boots now look like used ones. I took the vehicle to the dealer ship where I purchased it and they replaced a chassis bushing which did not fix the problem.

I have been out 5 plus days of work, $249 at the dealership, and am worried that something may come apart while going along the hiway injuring or killing someone else or myself.

The vehicle only had 41,527 miles on it when I purchased the tires and the damage occured within 400 miles of that.
