Ripoff dishonest doesn't care about consumer, lies about product, no warranty, Traders Village

We purchased the wrong type of tires for our vehicle per the advise of the salesperson. The tires are about 7months old and have splits & cracks on the sidewalls.
In taking the tires back to the store we were told that there was nothing that they could do for us. Since we had purchased the wrong tire (that they had recommended at the time of purchase).

The only thing they suggested that we leave one of our tires with them and they would contact the manufacture to see if they would replace our tires. The company is in dallas area we live about 275 miles from there what am I going to do with three tires only.

We asked if they would pro-rate the tires and we would pay the difference on the right tires and there response was "what are we going to do with those tires they are not any good."

Duh that was my point also now we have tires that can not be used and no one willing to help not the manager or the owner (ALAN).
