Wal-mart tire and lube express smashes my truck

I brought my truck in to get an oil change, 30 minutes later i get a call to come back to the store. Thats when they told me they had an accident with my car. One of their techs drove my truck into the service bay and got out and left my truck in reverse in which made my truck 50 yards back and hit a concrete post. My whole driver side back end is smashed. I called their insurance company and they told me to get 2 estimates in which they will send me a check for the lower of the 2 estimates. One of the autobody shops told me if that's the case they won't do the work because their might be hidden damages to the frame. So, in a nutshell i am getting ripped off.
