I had this car it was financed through gmac. I talked to the guy about my situation about my car.

He said they have not recieved a payment since may. I fax him all my reciept for the car.

For proof of payment he telling me that was not good enough. I ask what do you need. He has a bad attitude toward me. That wrong to talk to anybody that way when you are dealing with business.

I went to try to to trade off the car. The salesman told you know the car was charged-off and 0 balanced. My daughter said are you serious he said yes.

All time i was pay on the car it was charged-off and 0 balanced. Why do they do this to ederly people. This not the first time it happened to ederly people. The was alm ost pay off that is wrong and a trick to ederly. That a ripoff. He talked about picked my car up.

When i try to make a deal with him about the situation his attitude got worst. I am tired of men taken avantged of women.
