GMAC wrongful repossession - Account Payment

A litany of computer errors on GMAC ’s part, compounded by atrocious customer service in the call center, no one who will provide answers to why the car was seized without someone being notified, kept on hold for more than an hour waiting to talk to a supervisor (who never picked up). Once they car jack you all you can do is pay the extortion to get your vehicle back. Not even an apology for the havoc. Kiss off GMAC. I am telling everyone to buy FORD.
