Just a warning to any business doing business with Lanphere enterprises

Watch your employees. They will stop at no ends to steal them away. They will dangle the golden carrot in front of them and convince them it's better on the their side of the street. The terrible thing is, the dealer will never live up to their end of the bargain. They care less about their employees, and more of the bottom line.

An example is a company that serviced Lanphere enterprises faithfully and completely for over five years. Never saying no and building a business to meet their overblown salesman like expectations. This company did this for Lanphere unselfishly for all of this time only to have the Lanphere group go behind this business and cherry pick their employees from under them. This happened when they decided they didn't feel like outsourcing any longer.

Understanding the dealer is all about the bottom line, in house staffing is ideal. What would be honest and ethical would be to find people, other than your own dedicated vendor, and send them off to training. Teach them the trade and develop them into a profitable resource.

Don't steal them from the little guy that has refinanced his own home several times to accomplish this himself. Control your own staff you may be saying... Well, all was well until Lanphere dug deep and made whatever promises would convince them. Again. Any promise they made is either a lie, or temporary. I'm sick to my stomach over this.
