I need help, this dealer is ripping me and destroying my life

I bought a cadillac escalade from this dealer on 8/23/07. They advertise the car as fully loaded and everything in good working condition when i went to them and checked the truck i did not see the navigation cd and the seller told me that they had it inside and they will provide it later. I bought the car and i noticed some problems the spedometer is not working and the transmission is not shifting right and the back up sensor is not working. I went back to them and ask them to fix it. They fix some stuff but they r playing with the transmission, they always keep the truck for 1 week or less and call me to pick it up and as soon as i drive it i notice it still has the same problem. I bought this truck to do livery i mean as limousine service i did not work till now, i cannot afford my mortgage and my bill because of them and they r not willing to take the car back and they have nothing for me to buy and use as car service and totally screwed because of them. I need serious help with this co i am soon goona file for bunkrupcy.
