Lemons on the lot beware!

Cactus Jacks Auto Sales has nothing but low down, sneaky snake, shady people that work for their company. I bought a lemon there in Sept. Of 2004 and less than two months later i was having problems with the car. I called them and told them to pick up the car. When i purchased the vehicle the sales man told me that they dont put repos on your credit because when you buy the car they dont run your credit. So they cant report it if you do decide to give the car back. I said thats nice. Thinking i would not have any problems if i did have to give the car back.

Almost 3yrs. Later i get a phone call the other day by Ms. Gaines, who is claiming she is the manager of the company. Telling me i owe $5,400 for this car i have not had in 3yrs. The lady called my grandmother claiming to be a friend of mine so my grandmother could give her information about me. She called my job and told who ever picked up the phone that day that she was going to garnish my check. Ms. Gaines called me telling me that she contacted my bank and let them know i had a delinquent account with them and that they should not give me any loans until my account is paid in full.
Since i am in the process of buying a home. This lady is crazy. What i'm trying to say is they do run your credit and they sell crappy cars, So if you have bad credit and need a car try Drive Time or something. Stay away from that dealership with all the lemons on the lot.By the way i found out Ms. Gaines is just a bill collector trying to make her Quota for the month. Sorry not going to happen.
