The corporation is questioning a state without COMPLETELY examining the incident. They didn't contact all witnesses which are mentioned about the police statement. After talking with the insurer, Dee Monaco, she advised me that she was questioning the state because of inconsistent tales between both events. After I questioned her if she talked with all witnesses, she explained she just talked with one. She never talked using the two witnesses which were behind me as well as their contact names and figures were about the authorities statement that she was supplied with via fax from my insurance provider, Tourists. She was likewise advised that my insurance provider, Tourists, did a study of the time of the traffic signs in the intersection where the incident happened because it is just a six part intersection. Their results were that just one lighting is green at the same time and also the witnesses which were behind me might inform her mine was inexperienced. Which at that time might challenge her denial-of the state.
