Lies, and ignores facts so they dont have to pay a claim! Ripoff

This insurance company in my opinion is a fraud.
Over 1 month ago my boyfriend took my bike out for a ride. This lady came out of no where and hit him and left him laying on the road. Two witnesses came out of an Academy and was behind the other car when it hit my boyfriend. They stopped to make sure he was ok then took off after that car to get the plate #. My boyfriend called the police.

The witnesses came back and gave my boyfriend the plate info. He gave the police all this info, and the police officer found where the driver lived.

My boyfriends sister picked him up and brought him here to my home while the officer went to the ladies home.
The drive tried to lie and state that she did not hit anyone, but after looking at her car it was clear she hit my bike. The officer wrote her a ticket for a hit and run.

The insurance people have been very rude, and uncooperative with us. The claim adjusters name is Loretta Corretti. (469) 221-8361 She refuses to talk to me, she keeps telling me it is non of my business. I explain to her that the property portion is my business and the injury is part is my boyfriends (even the officer told us this). SO now they have denied our claim, telling us it was my boyfriends fault. She lies and tells us that she spoke to the witnesses and we called them, and the witnesses state that they have not been spoken to at all that we are the only people that have called them with regards to the hit and run.

The supervisors name is Don White, (713) 284-6360 he stated to me weeks ago that this all rest on what the witnesses state, and they do state that they saw exactly what happened, and that this lady hit him and left the scene.

So now that they know that we need the witnesses to make our claim pay they refuse to call them, and lie about contacting them.

This is really a big mess. My boyfriend was not hurt to bad just messed his ankle up, and his elbow swole up for a few days.

My bike was 2 days old and I want it replaced. I think this is all a sham, and a lie. It is cazy~
DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE LIKE HONEST COMPANIES SHOULD!!!

The drivers names are
lorrie and anthony piperato (they drive a nissan maxima) here in spring texas— so beware of them as well, they hit people and take off, and then lie about it to try to get out of it!

I am a single mom and this was my form of transportation to and from work& i can't believe this woman could be so dishonest!!
